Venue Offerings and Inclusions

Saturday OR Sunday Wedding Ceremony Only

  • Access to The Grounds the day of the ceremony event - You and your vendors will have access to the setting of your selection during you’re specific ceremony time period.

  • Ceremony bookings will be granted for a maximum of 5 hours (including setup and break-down). These predetermined hours must be established up front.

  • Clean up and load-out must be concluded the same evening as the ceremony (Please note that your venue fee does not include set-up or clean-up of your event by Hartrich Château staff).

  • Access to the settings of your choosing and the additional photo locations, as available.

  • Ample outdoor parking.

Saturday OR Sunday Wedding/Event

  • Access to The Grounds the day of the event from 9AM to 10PM - You and your vendors may arrive as early as 9AM (or earlier by request) on the day of your gathering to prepare and begin all of your set-up needs — all events must conclude that evening by 10PM.

  • Clean up and load-out must be concluded by 9AM the following w Wednesday. (Please note that your venue fee does not include set-up or clean-up of your event by Hartrich Château staff).

  • Access to all three settings and additional photo locations.

  • Ample outdoor parking .

Full Weekend Wedding/Event (Friday-Sunday)

  • Access to The Grounds for the entire weekend from Friday 4PM to Sunday 10PM - If you would like to host a multiple-day event or would like to have the ability to setup a full day in advance and/or clean up the day after, you may rent the venue for a full weekend booking. This option also provides the ability to have your rehearsal dinner, the day before the event, right on the property and/or host a Sunday brunch — all events must conclude each evening by 10PM. (Please note that your venue fee does not include set-up or clean-up of your event by Hartrich Château staff)

  • Access to all three settings and bonus photo locations

  • Ample outdoor parking

Additional information for all events

  • Restrooms are not included with this outdoor venue and therefore, it is required that couples/clients rent restroom facilities for their guests. We are happy to provide suggestions and information on this.

  • We require that all couples/clients secure Day-of/Weekend-of Insurance. We also require a contract to be signed and all rules followed, (ie. no fireworks, confetti, rice, pesticide sprays or other hazardous/dangerous/disruptive activities on the property).

  • For full day bookings it is required that all couples/clients provide a licensed bartender through their caterer per NYS law (no self serve bars are allowed).

  • There are outdoor electrical outlets at and near the various settings for event use. Couples/Clients may also bring a generator to use for events with high electrical demand.
